Important Camp Information and Tuition Plans

Camp Dates/Hours

• Tuesday, May 26th – Friday, July 24th, 2026

• 7:00 AM – 5:45 PM

• Camp will be closed Friday, July 3rd.

Registration Fees

A registration fee must be paid to hold your child’s spot.

• December 25th–31st: Returning Camper/Sibling — $50/camper (with discount code)

• January–February: $100/camper

• March: $125/camper

• April and beyond: $150/camper

Tuition Information:

We offer two tuition options:

• 9-Week Option: $1,850 per camper

• 7-Week Flex Option $1,600 per camper

• If you choose the 7-week option, you will receive an email two weeks prior to the start of camp asking you to select the two weeks you will not attend.

• No multi-child discount

• No refunds

 

9-Week Attendance Tuition

Tuition must be paid using one of the six payment options below.

1. Weekly Auto-Draft Plan

Total Cost: $1,868.50 (includes 1% bank service fee)

​Weekly Installment: $266.93

Draft Dates: May 15th, May 22nd, May 29th, June 5th, June 12th, June 19th, June 26th

 

2. Monthly Auto-Draft Plan

Total Cost: $1,868.50 (includes 1% bank service fee)

Monthly Installment: $373.70

Draft Dates: February 26th, March 26th, April 26th, May 26th, June 26th

 

3. Two-Payment Auto-Draft Plan

Total Cost: $1,868.50 (includes 1% bank service fee)

Installment Amount: $934.25

Draft Dates: May 22nd and June 26th

 

4. Pay in Full (Non-Draft)

Pay $1,850 by the first day of camp (May 26) using: Cash, Check, Card (4% processing fee applies)

 

5. Two-Payment Plan (Non-Draft)

Pay $925 on each date below using: Cash, Check, Card (4% processing fee applies)

Due Dates: May 26th and June 26th

 

6. Custom Payment Plan

7-Week Attendance Tuition

Total Cost: $1,616 (includes 1% bank service fee)

Weekly Installment: $230.86

Draft Dates: May 15th, May 22nd, May 29th, June 5th, June 12th, June 19th, June 26th

 

2. Monthly Auto-Draft Plan

Total Cost: $1,616 (includes 1% bank service fee)

Monthly Installment: $323.20

Draft Dates: February 26th, March 26th, April 26th, May 26th, June 26th

 

3. Two-Payment Auto-Draft Plan

Total Cost: $1,616 (includes 1% bank service fee)

Installment Amount: $808

Draft Dates: May 22th and June 26th

 

4. Pay in Full (Non-Draft)

Pay $1,600 by the first day of camp (May 26) using: Cash, Check, Card (4% processing fee applies)

 

5. Two-Payment Plan (Non-Draft)

Pay $800 on each date below using: Cash, Check, Card (4% processing fee applies)

Due Dates: May 26th and June 26th
