We welcome you and your child to the 2 year old classroom. We are so glad you are here at Big Fish Academy. We look forward to getting to know you and your child. Our 2 year old classrooms are fun and interactive spaces that help your 2 year old student learn through play and social interactions with their peers. We will work on milestones such as social/emotional skills, language and communication skills, cognitive learning and problem solving, and movement and physical development.
Mrs. Robin-2 year olds
Robin is from Brooklyn, NY. She and her family moved to Mt Juliet when her husband's company transferred him to Nashville. She received her degree from SUNY Fredonia. She met her husband on a blind date. A mutual friend thought it was fate they were both left-handed. Their south-paw daughter now attends college. Following her years as a Retirement Planning Consultant, Robin was a children’s librarian and bookseller. Her favorite task is putting literacy into the hands of children.
Ms. Leslie-2 year olds
Ms. Leslie is a wife and mother of 3. She has lots of pets including a dog named Dutchess, 2 cats named Midnight and Sonny, and a red bellied parrot named Fergi. Leslie is a Middle Tennessee native and absolutely loves the outdoors, especially the fall! After Leslie and her husband married in 2019, they bought a house in Mt. Juliet and have lived here since then. They attend Experience Community Church in Murfreesboro, TN and have for the past 5 years. Leslie volunteers in the children's ministry for the last 4 years and is currently the lead at the 5pm service. Leslie’s faith has grown so much over the years and she is so grateful to say that God is number 1 in her life today. He is the center of her marriage and family. Leslie started with Big Fish in March 2021, and am looking forward to this opportunity to continue to grow, develop relationships, and give back to our future generations.
